Contact CasinoBonus Hunter
One address for everything, with a subject line that tells us what it is. Corrections get checked the same day. Operator enquiries get a reply within two business days. Questions about a specific casino account cannot be answered here, because we are not the casino; the section below says where to take those.
Corrections
Bonus terms change without notice and we re-read them monthly, which leaves up to four weeks for a row to drift. If you have found one that has, the fastest way to get it fixed is an email with the casino name, the figure you think is wrong, and where you saw the right one: a line from the terms, a screenshot of the cashier, or the date you deposited and what happened.
We check against the terms the same day. If you are right, the row changes and carries the new date. If the terms say what we published, we reply with the line and leave the row as it is. Either way you get an answer, not an auto-reply.
Readers who catch a wrong minimum deposit or an expired code are doing the site's job for it, and we say thank you in the reply rather than on the page, because nobody wants their email address on a casino site.
Operators and affiliate managers
Three things we can do, and one we cannot.
We can review a term you think we have misread. Send the clause and we will re-read it against what is on the row. If we got it wrong, it changes that day.
We can consider a casino for the comparison. The requirements are an Australian-facing site that accepts AUD or publishes AUD figures, bonus terms that can be read in full before registration, and a cashier we can test with a real deposit. We do not list on the strength of a media kit.
We can join an affiliate program for a casino already on the site. The row, the scoring and the position are set before that conversation and are not part of it.
We cannot sell a position, a badge, a "featured" slot or an edit to copy. The about page explains why in more detail than most operators want to read, but it is short enough.
Problems with a casino account
We are not the casino and have no access to any player's account, balance, bonus or withdrawal. A bonus that did not attach, a withdrawal that is stuck, a verification that keeps bouncing: these are questions for the casino's own support, and the casino will not discuss them with us on your behalf.
What we can do is tell you where the term is that governs your problem, if it is one of the twelve casinos we cover, and what the usual route is. The usual routes are below.
- Bonus did not attach. Live chat at the casino, before you play the deposit down. Most casinos here will re-attach a welcome bonus to an unplayed deposit; none will do it after the balance has been wagered.
- Withdrawal is pending. Check that verification is complete first; the clock does not start until it is. After that, the casino's own stated processing time, then live chat with the withdrawal ID.
- Casino is not answering. The licence page on the casino site names a regulator and usually a dispute address. Curaçao and Anjouan licences have complaint channels; they are slow and they do work for clear-cut term breaches.
- It has stopped being about one withdrawal. Gambling Help Online, free and 24/7 on 1800 858 858. Set a deposit limit at every casino you use, tonight, from the account page.
What we do with your email
Read it, reply to it, keep it in the inbox for as long as the thread is open, and then leave it there like any other mailbox. We do not add addresses to a list, sell them, share them with operators, or use them for anything other than the reply. There is no newsletter. If you want a message deleted after we have answered it, say so in the message and it will be.
